• Printer offlineYour computer has lost contact with the printer. The printer is usually fine; the connection is not.

• 0xc18a0001An ink system failure, usually a print head or ink delivery problem.
• E3The cartridge carriage is stuck (a carriage jam).
• E4A paper jam.
• 49 Service errorA firmware error on HP LaserJet printers, often triggered by a corrupt print job or network data.
• 79 Service errorA firmware or memory error on HP LaserJet printers, often caused by a corrupt print job or a faulty memory module.
• 50 Fuser errorThe fuser (the hot part that melts toner onto the paper) is not heating correctly.
• 10 Supply memory errorThe printer cannot read the chip on the toner cartridge.
• Cartridge problemThe printer rejected the cartridge. HP firmware can block cartridges without a genuine HP chip.
