HP error 10 Supply memory error
The printer cannot read the chip on the toner cartridge.
How to fix it
- Remove the toner cartridge and look at the chip contacts.
- Remove any leftover packing tape, then wipe the contacts with a dry cloth.
- Reinstall the cartridge firmly.
- If it continues, try a different cartridge to rule out a bad chip.

Almost always a cartridge problem, not a printer fault.
