HP error Cartridge problem
The printer rejected the cartridge. HP firmware can block cartridges without a genuine HP chip.
How to fix it
- Reseat the cartridge and clean its contacts with a dry cloth.
- Check the cartridge number matches your printer.
- If it is a third-party cartridge, it may be blocked by a firmware update. Use an HP cartridge or one sold as compatible with current firmware.
