Epson error E-02
A scanner error. The scanner unit could not move or calibrate.
How to fix it
- Turn the printer off.
- Check that the scanner is not locked by a transport lock (some models have a lock switch underneath).
- Close the document cover fully and remove anything on the glass.
- Turn it back on.
Is it worth fixing?
If it continues, the scanner motor or sensor has failed and needs service.
