Epson error E-01
A general printer error, often caused by jammed paper or an object blocking the print head.
How to fix it
- Turn the printer off and unplug it for 5 minutes.
- Open the scanner unit and remove any paper, scraps or foreign objects.
- Check that the print head moves freely and that no protective tape is left inside.
- Plug it back in and turn it on.
Is it worth fixing?
If it persists after removing everything, a mechanical part or the main board needs repair.
