Paper is stuck inside, at the back, or in a tray. The message names where.
How to fix it
- Leave the printer on for 10 minutes so the inside cools: the fuser is hot.
- Open the place named in the message and pull the paper out slowly with both hands.
- Check for torn scraps, then close all covers.
